All Culture Minded products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Please allow additional time for production before shipping.

Production Time:

• 3–7 business days before your order ships

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USA: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or delays due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at culturemindedshop@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
