Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is made specifically for you when you place your order.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent

To request a return or exchange: Email us at culturemindedshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer's remorse or size exchanges (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
• Items that have been worn or washed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
